Equipment Service Contracts
 


Our contracts are based on the actual time spent servicing equipment.
We do not use the old way of charging a customer for each copy or print made on a piece of equipment. The contract is calculated for each customers specific needs and service required over a predetermined amount of time in the past. Each recommendation is suited for each customers specific need.

Our single contract covers single or multiple units with no monthly minimum charges or per copy/print fees. Customers are never charged for parts that are not used in the maintenance of their equipment. The cost of parts are never guessed at or estimated at the beginning of the contract. They are only paid for if used and if they are required they are sold at a generous discount. Our equipment insurance contracts save you money both initially and more than likely long term.

Where else can you get a service agreement that can cover all of your office equipment including computers, printers, faxes, folding machines, etc. and not just one copier or printer per contract?
